Estamos em busca de um(a) estagiário(a) proativo(a) e comunicativo(a) para integrar nosso time de **Customer Success** Se você gosta de interagir com pessoas, tem perfil analítico e deseja aprender mais sobre a gestão de relacionamento com o cliente, esta oportunidade é para você

**Principais atividades**:

- Auxiliar no acompanhamento da jornada do cliente, garantindo sua satisfação e sucesso no uso de nossos produtos/serviços;
- Prestar suporte aos clientes, identificando suas necessidades e propondo soluções;
- Colaborar na criação e atualização de relatórios de indicadores de sucesso do cliente;
- Ajudar na implementação de estratégias de retenção e fidelização;
- Apoiar na coleta de feedback e sugestões dos clientes para aprimoramento dos serviços.

**Requisitos**:

- Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Marketing, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas; (não obrigatório)
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e resolver problemas;
- Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de CRM será um diferencial;
- Desejo de aprender e desenvolver habilidades na área de atendimento ao cliente.
