This position will bring to the table industry/ sector specialization to leverage on deal replicability, structured deals expertise and incremental capabilities, while deploying regional and global coverage for GSGs and Latam based Multinationals and EMCs. **Knowledge/Experience**: - Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in the financial market and/ or corporate treasury, with a minimum of 8-10 years in client facing Trade, Corporate Finance or Banking activity. Good knowledge of Trade, Loans and Securitization products. - Strong knowledge of the Citi network and capabilities, with a good understanding of Citi risk and trade policies is a plus. - Experience with credit approval process and risk discussions is desired. - Experience with Securitization, Syndication, Corporate Finance structures and concept is a differentiation. - Emerging Market Trade or Loans experience highly appreciated. - Knowledge of industries/ sector specifics and loans/ fx regulation for Latam markets are appreciated. Existing relationship with corporate clients at senior level is a plus. **Skills**: - A combination of commercial and analytical skills. - Disciplined and leadership skills. - Credit and risk structuring skills. - Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. **Competencies**: - Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated with entrepreneurial nature. - Able to plan and organize the time, execution and calling activity with mínimal direction. - Team player, with outstanding work ethic, must be mentally resilient and persistent. - Appreciates differences in style or perspective and uses differences to add value to decisions or actions and organizational success. - Inter-personal skills, including ability to maintain transparent channels of communication with other team members, clients, and other internal partners. - Strong Analytical skills and ability to understand and work with pricing and capital models; - Product development and innovation skills a strength. - Comfort with a fast-paced environment and ambitious goals. - Insightful, with passion to translate risk and regulatory requirements into commercial opportunities preferred. - Excellent internal and external communicator and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex details simply. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Math, Accounting; - Master’s Degree is appreciated; - Derivatives and Capital Markets knowledge is a differential; - English and Portuguese are mandatory, Spanish is a differential. - **Job Family Group**: Product Management and Development - **Job Family**: Trade Structuring - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
