**Purpose of the Role**
The service Delivery Manager is accountable for ensuring service delivery meets the internal business requirements, is delivered on time, and is within budget. They act as a bridge between the Delivery Leadership / Technology Managers and the GTS teams, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The service delivery manager is to ensure that the delivery of services to customers meets or exceeds expectations and is delivered in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
**Key FUNCTIONS AND Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing service delivery processes and procedures for the respective function.
- Act as a single point of contact, on behalf of the technology teams for the respective function he/she is introduced.
- Managing and coordinating the GTS teams to produce an outcome required for TMF business.
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery performance
- Identifying and addressing service delivery issues and problems, including service performance for the area.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing improvements to service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and other service delivery requirements
- Managing service delivery budget and resources
- Leading incident management and problem resolution
- Service review for the services he/she delivers
