In this role, you will:

- Strong ability to connect data from different sources (research, syndicated, digital tracking) to identify growth opportunities for the business.
- Manage the engagement of marketing research and analytics projects, including external/ global research suppliers.
- Bring consumer centricity approach to innovation projects, developing concept and products that address different consumer and needs.
- Understand business challenge and proactively identify how to better support team via Insights & Analytics and be able to influence a faster and fact
- based decision-making process.
- Be able to balance Human Insights and Advanced Analytics to bring solid recommendations to shape business strategy, through compelling storytelling.
- Carry on the appropriate learning plans to evaluate hypotheses and utilizing appropriate methodologies to develop and create recommendations to define business opportunities.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistic, Economy, Marketing or correlated areas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Analytics, Consulting.
- Strong Analytic thinking, data savvy and love crunching numbers to extract insights and recommendations.
- Fluent English.
- Good communication, organization, and presentation skills (written, oral, and across Microsoft Office Suite) with ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently within a multifunctional team, partnering and forming strong effective working relationships with local marketing team and across geographies.
- Knowledge in Syndicated data (Nielsen, IQVIA, Close-up, Scanntech, Dunnhumby, Kantar, Euromonitor, Mintel, E-commerce), Advanced analytics, Digital analytics, Adhoc studies.
