**The Job**

Practice the knowledge acquired in academia in the areas of accounting, accounts payable and auditing. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that supplier records comply with internal policies, will be responsible for processing and accounting for payments from all areas of the company and will perform other activities relevant to the controllership department.

**The Daily - Major Activities**
- Support in receiving and controlling payment approvals;
- Assist in the management and control of accounts payable contracts;
- Update spreadsheets and organize physical and digital files;
- Registration of suppliers and products;
- Support in the financial invoicing process, as well as accounting reconciliations.

**The Essentials**
- Student between 1st and 2nd year of **Accounting Sciences**:

- Intermediate Excel
