Play a key role in a respectful company in the Brazilian service’s market. As Corporate Affairs Director, you’ll be responsible for having a keen sense of where the company has come from and where it is poised to grow.
We search for a professional who can work closely with public affairs, government relations and internal stakeholders as holding a distinct position as the administrator with influence across all lines of corporate communication.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Represent interests in a transparent, strategic and effective manner in relations with the Government (Executive and Legislative), Regulatory Bodies and Class Entities;
- Engage all Stakeholders, ensuring a two-way dialogue between them;
- Lead cross functional projects with extended responsibilities in Crisis Management, Brand PR and Sustainability;
- Promote corporate discourse, conveying business values and strategies, promoting important discussions and generating visibility for the company's differentials and its performance;
- Manage the Sustainability and Social Responsibility area in terms of building the corporate image and generating value for society, environment and market, to ensure the success of these projects and the sustainable growth of the company;
- Advise the executives on the most effective strategic moves to ensure the company’s success, by having a complete view of the business from all sides, or a “360-degree perspective” of the company affairs;
- Cross communications barriers as a key adviser to areas such as PR (media and investors), HR (employees) and the ones related to research, development, sales, marketing and customer service to understand how they function and how they overlap and intertwine within the company;
- Monitor and direct change, spotting trends and directing the movements within the company to take advantage of those trends;
- Provide financial input, such as combining all knowledge and research into intelligent, successful pricing policies, by having access to the company’s finances and closely following the public perception of the company to complete his overview of the best strategies for the company to employ in all arenas.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a leadership or senior management position;
- Good communications and Interpersonal skills to relate well with others and to maintain relations with cordiality and diplomacy;
- Experience working in a rapidly changing environment where accurate judgement, responses, exceptional managerial and leadership are essential;
- Good command of oral and written English;
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making skills and personal credibility.
