Shopee Operations teams cover the entire end-to-end operational process, from the moment the shopper searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the shopper receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud, and Compliance. Specialist in analyzing current scenarios and developing standard processes, controls, and systems using statistical data, with the responsibility of creating an excellent connection between the 3PL and the operations team based on data and mapped processes with a focus on ensuring sellers and Buyers best experience.

Experience in transportation e-commerce, interpersonal communication, resilience, planning, organization, proactivity, analytical capacity, and ability to adapt are the main skills to ensure the expected results
- Develop scalable, insightful cost performance analysis and weekly/monthly cost reporting mechanisms that will support decision-making processes for the logistics team.
- Monitor and control logistics costs, analyze cost variances and root causes, draw conclusions and communicate recommendations that drive costs reductions.
- Proactively identify risks, engage key stakeholders, provide and communicate solutions to complex cost issues as they arise.
- Prepare reports querying and manipulating a great amount of data using SQL. Work and connect with Analytics and BI teams to ensure data quality to perform effective analysis ontime.
- Comfortable with estimating costs impacts, looking beyond the information that has been given, asking the right question to support connection strategic initiatives.
- Elaborate Shopee logistics budget, aligned with company strategic expansion plans validating large and complex changes with regards to cost impacts connecting with the expansion, finance, operational, sourcing, and planning teams.
- Must be prepared to participate and often lead preparation and presentation of cost/budget information for various levels of management and teams.
- Contribute to strategy, expansion, sourcing, planning, and finance teams to identify opportunities and continuously improve organizational cost efficiency.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related;
- Experience in building cost control mechanisms, estimating costs, and justifying cost variances;
- Experience in problem-solving ability and root cause analysis;
- Experience writing optimized SQL queries for large datasets. Experience with Python is a plus;
- Solid knowledge of Google Tools;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple analyses and competing demands;
- Analytical background, detail-oriented and a demonstrated sense of business management; ability to develop new ideas and ability to deliver solutions;
- Solid communication skills for various levels of management and recurring presentations on cost discussions, building relationships, and influence on decision making;
- Advanced English level for communicating with peers and various levels of management.
