O Grupo Volvo, com sede em Gotemburgo, emprega cerca de 100.000 pessoas, possui instalações de produção em 18 países e vende seus produtos em mais de 190 mercados. **Main responsibilities**: **Your main activities and responsibilities**: - Conduct the Team to accomplish flow, focus on creating high-value increments that meet the agreed Definition of Done for both one-time and run-time deliveries; - Ensure all agreed agile events take place and are positive, productive and kept with in the timebox; - Constantly inspire the team in order to find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management; - Build open, honest and strong collaborative mindset with the team, external suppliers and stakeholders; - Secure communication impacting IT deliveries with stakeholders, team members and partners in a systematic way; - Secure capacity planning, work prioritization and distribution within the team and coordinate team’s activities; - Secure risk and issue management, follow up on results and act on deviations regarding the Delivery Plans; - Initiate ,drive/support and implement continuous improvement activities aligned with VPS (Volvo Producti on System); - Cooperate with Delivery Manager to prepare and follow-up IT budget for assigned solutions; - Establish guidelines and work instructions when applicable; - Support Line Manager in the assessment of team members, act as a mentor and coach for colleagues, give support, feedback and recognition related to delivery; - Initiate and encourage competence development activities for the team members in cooperation with the Delivery Manager **Requirements and skills**: **Who are you?** - As a person, you need to be a team player with a positive mindset, and you are curious to further take on the various development challenges. You are an experience IT technical leader/Scrum Master and have knowledge on overall Industry 4.0 pillars. You are patient, self-learner and teach with happiness. It is essential that you have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. - You have solid experience in Software Engineering and global support process.
