**JOB PURPOSE**
In this role you will collaborate to deliver Strategic Trade Marketing Agenda and drive capability in Sales & Trade Marketing
- 1) bringing detailed market knowledge into Innovation design at an early stage (e.g. PPA, Channel cost to play)
- 2) Build global Trade Marketing capabilities (NRM, Cat Man, dComm, )
- 3) Partner with the market Sales teams and Trade Marketing teams to land land strategic Trade Marketing agenda. as agreed with GM & market CSP lead

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Collaborate with local Trade Marketing and Sales teams to - 60%**
- Create and deliver local market Shopper & Category Management capability plan
- Co create Deliver UnMissable assets for Unmissable execution
- Lead localisation of category growth strategies across Hair & Skin
- Build Category management capabilities and create accessible and effective tools for assortment and TDP acceleration in Trade Marketing and Sales
- Design and deliver Local Shopper Insights research in line with retailer requirements
- Create execution Look of Success by Channel with execution metrics tracking scorecard
Accelerate Portfolio Transformation to drive Channel transformation
- Innovation sufficiency for channels of the future
- Work with local Sales teams to input into Innovation process bringing customer understanding to the front of the process.
- Create execution Look of Success by Channel for BBMs innovation and ensure the evaluation of big bets is delivered and cascaded globally for shared learning.
Leverage retailer and channel data and create assets to build trade selling stories and identify growth opportunities
- Accelerate to digital transformation agenda for Sales and Trade Marketing
- D&A Tools Acceleration and Capabilities across all functions - KPI Adoption & usage ICE
- Build Capability in Social Commerce and Digital Commerce execution - focus profitability
- Accelerate total trade terms investment capability to create Trade terms vision
- Transparency across 6 P’s framework
- Investment to drive Competitiveness
**Global lead for Category Management and Category led Perfect Store - 40%**
- Develop latest tools and technology to deliver shopper insights and category management capabilities
- Build capability in category management through expert agencies and global partners inside Unilever.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degreed Completed;
- Prior experience in Category Management and Shopper Marketing/Insights;
- Advanced English level;
- Advanced Portuguese level;
- Desirable Spanish level.
