**Responsibilities**
Technical and Functional Consulting: Provide specialized guidance on SAP CX solutions, including SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Emarsys Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Service Cloud.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and functional issues, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their SAP implementations.
Requirements Analysis: Collect and analyze client requirements to develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CX implementations, with a focus on SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and/or SAP Service Cloud.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Primary Language].
- Customer Orientation: Ability to understand and meet client needs, providing effective and efficient solutions.
- Proactivity: Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
