Web3 PR and Media Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Web3 PR and Media Manager** to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency, who can manage our PR efforts and enhance our media presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Press Releases: Research and compose high-impact press releases as needed.
- PR and Media Strategy: Spearhead the PR, advertising, and media strategy for the company in coordination with the marketing team.
- Advertiser Network Relations: Build, expand, and manage advertiser network relations.
- Industry Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, staying current with relevant developments.
- Event Management: Stay up to date with all important global Web3 events and conferences. Manage attendance and event or side event organization to promote the company's activities.
- Campaign Evaluation: Collaborate with the team to provide support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Media Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with journalists and other key external stakeholders to enhance the company's public image and media presence.
- Global PR Efforts: Support global PR story efforts and announcements, including distribution of news to master media list.
- Briefing Documentation: Create briefing documentation for media interviews and ensure consistent messaging across our briefing materials.
- Press Materials: Maintain and update master messaging documents and press materials as needed.
- Outreach: Support outreach and identify new crypto media and other media targets for various campaigns and targeted announcements.
- Story Angles: Analyze and forecast relevant industry news and trends; create unique story angles and news features for outreach and bylines.
- Speaking Engagements: Organize speaking engagements, process inbound requests for events, and maintain a global calendar of speaking opportunities.
- PR Campaigns: Support new story ideas and contribute to existing and new global blockchain and tech PR campaigns.
- Project Management: Liaise with different departments and project manage key announcements and campaigns; improve cross-team communication and collaboration.
- Visual Content: Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing and engaging assets for published content. Ensure consistency with branding and tone of voice.
- Media Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, journalists, and media outlets in the tech and business sectors, especially those focusing on AI and blockchain.
- Content Distribution: Manage the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other content that effectively communicates MVGlobal’s mission and achievements.
- Interview Preparation: Prepare MVGlobal’s leadership for interviews, press conferences, and public speaking engagements to enhance their effectiveness in conveying key messages.
- Crisis Communication: Direct crisis communication planning and response, maintaining MVGlobal’s reputation through strategic message management during critical events.
- Team Management: Build and oversee the day-to-day activities of the PR & Media Relations team, including setting objectives, monitoring performance, and developing talent.
- Media Analysis: Analyze media coverage and develop reports on PR campaigns' effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Crisis Response: Contribute quickly to crisis communication efforts, managing responses to critical situations such as high demand, potential performance issues, and technical glitches, safeguarding our ecosystem’s brand reputation and the confidence of our community.
- Proactive Engagement: With self-driven determination, maintain established relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the tech, software, and crypto space to secure positive coverage.
- Brand Messaging: Absorb, refine, and infuse brand messaging to ensure consistency across all communication channels and reinforce MVGlobal's positioning and values.
- Monitoring and Strategy: Monitor all relevant channels, industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to inform PR strategies and identify opportunities for proactive media engagement.
- Goal Setting and Analysis: Demonstrated ability to set measurable goals for PR initiatives and analyze their success through various metrics and KPIs set by the marketing leadership.
- Sentiment Analysis: Mastery of sentiment analysis tools and software, gauging the heartbeat of public opinion and refining communication strategies accordingly.
