Khan Tech is an IT startup dedicated to redefining the iGaming experience with cutting-edge technology and creative solutions. We are a team of Engineers, Designers, and gaming enthusiasts working remotely within Europe and Asia or in-house in our UAE/Dubai premises.

**About the product**:
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Affiliate Manager specialized in social media channels to join our growing crypto iGaming brand. You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliates focused on platforms such as Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and live streamers. Your goal: drive qualified traffic and conversions from high-impact social channels in line with company KPIs.

**Key tasks**:

- Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners across Telegram groups, YouTube creators, Instagram influencers, and streaming platforms.
- Build strong relationships with social media affiliates and influencers in the crypto casino and betting niches.
- Negotiate effective deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) that balance ROI and competitive payouts.
- Coordinate with influencers to create campaigns, shoutouts, content integrations, and live promotions.
- Analyze affiliate performance and optimize deals to increase traffic, retention, and revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content, promotions, and affiliate creatives.
- Track, report, and forecast affiliate metrics using affiliate tracking platforms.
- Stay updated on competitor activity and emerging trends in crypto gambling, and social media spaces.

**Must have**:

- 2 years experience in affiliate management in crypto iGaming vertical.
- Proven success managing affiliates and influencers on social media platforms like Telegram.
- YouTube, and Instagram, along with an existing network of partners and contacts in the crypto iGaming and betting space,TikTok, Kick, Twitch.
- Knowledge of CPA/RevShare, Hybrid commission models and player value metrics (FTDs, NGR, LTV, etc.).
- Comfortable using affiliate tracking software and social analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

**Nice to Have**:

- Existing network of crypto gambling influencers and Telegram channel owners.
- Experience working with multilingual/global audiences.
- Background in influencer marketing, digital ads, or content strategy.
