As an Account Manager at OSF you will own the client relationship with assigned clients on the Latin America market. You will build a positive partnership with the client and nurture long-term growth through strong communication and relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, based on collaboration and thought leadership;
- Support the growth of the sales funnel by proactively identifying and developing opportunities;
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
- Create and manage a clear customer roadmap;
- Support in the negotiation of contracts and closing of agreements;
- Develop trusted advisor & business partner relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Support the development of winning proposals and presentations;
- Along with the sales team, develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities;
- Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports on account status and client status meetings, present key insights and recommendations;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
- Have a complete understanding of client solution eco system.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of relevant experience;
- Experience in Ecommerce market is mandatory;
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence;
- Demonstrated skills as a team player by leading through trust and professional respect;
- Excellent negotiation skills, strong decision making, judgment and analytical skills;
- Ability to act as a client’s trusted advisor;
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business;
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
