At this point, Zelh is looking for a** Dispatcher** for our third-party logistics company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field personnel as needed.
- Coordinate and track job assignments, ensuring timely responses.
- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams regarding service status.
- Maintain accurate logs of all communications, dispatch activities, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and escalate urgent issues as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and on-call staff.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
**Working** **conditions**:
- Working schedule:
- ** Monday night - Tuesday morning**: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM EDT
- ** Tuesday night - Wednesday morning**: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM EDT
- ** Remote mode of work**

- Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or call center operations preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in dispatching software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (if remote).
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts and occasional holiday coverage.
