Estamos recrutando um novo perfil júnior para se juntar à nossa equipe em nossos novos escritórios em Navegantes. As principais responsabilidades, entre outras, são as seguintes:
- Responsável pelo Faturamento: faturamento de produtos para venda e amostras, cadastro de clientes em sistema, introdução de pedido em sistema e seguimento do mesmo até à sua recepção por parte do cliente. Verificação semanal dos pedidos pendentes, envio dos documentos pertinentes ao faturamento ao cliente (nota fiscal, laudos, boletos, etc).
- Coordenação do cumprimento das condições comerciais acordadas com o cliente.
- Gestão de transportes: cotação de fretes, acompanhamento, rastreamento de cargas, apoio na homologação de novas transportadoras, controle e lançamento de fretes/faturas de transportes.
- Atendimento ao cliente: Responsável pelo direcionamento das solicitações dos clientes, encaminhamento às reclamações de clientes com os setores envolvidos, gerir reclamações de clientes relacionadas com o transporte, informar aos clientes de possíveis desvios nos prazos de entrega estabelecidos, acompanhamento e auxílio sobre devoluções;
- Realização de todas as atividades que o seu superior hierárquico solicita em relação ao seu posto de trabalho.
Who are we looking for?
- Estudos em comercio internacional.
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano em atendimento cliente e faturamento.
- Nível intermediário de inglês falado e escrito (essencial).
- Uma pessoa organizada, proativa e interessada em trabalho em equipe.
