Technical Tenders Proposal Advisor

**Service Delivery Technical Team. Rio de Janeiro, **Brazil**

Manages the technical process for strategic tenders and/or commercial opportunities for the assigned Baker Hughes Completions and Well Intervention Product Line. Ensures that the optimal technology, products are selected with the aim of providing Operations with the lowest cost, technically viable option to increase gross margin and/or market share.

**Main **Duties/Responsibilities**
- Responsibilities include streamlining of product line offering, introduction of new products, maximizing the gross margin of product line.
- Acts as liaison between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customers on project(s) and technology.
- Prioritizes technical opportunities to maximize sales and profits.
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal customers related to products and services.
- Identify opportunities for equipment, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Process and understands all tender technical documents.
- Divides and manage tender in technical tasks.
- Elaborates PR for costing.
- Elaborates the technical proposal.
- Works with Product Line on identification of technical gaps and technology projects.
- Answers clarifications and creates challenges to competitors.
- Creates SORs and manage projects (Clarifications, customer meetings, and etc).
- Creates engineering related OFSETOs (front end engineering orders).

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor’s degree (desired in Engineering)
- Have relevant work experience
- Have both good English and Portuguese
- Have experience in oil and gas specifically in completions and well intervention (desired)
- Sales and Commercial background are a plus.
