What You will Do
As a strategic partner to our leadership team, you will:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape talent strategies and improve employee experience.- Lead compensation and performance evaluation programs, ensuring fairness and alignment with business goals.- Support transitions with empathy—handling outplacement counseling and exit interviews.- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend impactful solutions.
What You Bring- A degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with company goals.- Experience navigating employee relations with professionalism and care.- A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.- Confidence in data gathering, reporting, and making informed decisions.- English proficiency is preferred; Spanish is a strong plus.
