**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Partner & Change Agent**:Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning people strategies with business goals and leading change initiatives that drive organizational growth.
- ** Leadership Partnership**:Provide strategic guidance and coaching to senior leaders, ensuring HR strategy is aligned with business objectives.
- ** Cultural Transformation & Workforce Shaping**:Lead cultural and organizational transformation efforts, including workforce restructuring to enhance alignment and efficiency.
- ** Talent Management & Development**:Drive talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while ensuring succession and capability planning across the organization.
- ** HR Excellence Delivery**:Ensure effective delivery of HR initiatives by collaborating with the OneHR team and serving as a key link to HR Centers of Expertise and Business Leaders.
**WHY YOU?**
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic partner across various functions (e.g., commercial and enabling) and collaborate effectively with senior leaders at all organizational levels.
- Significant experience navigating complex business environments, driving strategies, and partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful results.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on talent development & succession planning, culture development and fostering organizational growth.
**HR Expertise**:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, particularly in Talent Management, Culture, Leadership, and Capability Development.
**Language Proficiency**:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources or Business Management.
