**What you'll be doing**

We are seeking for a Latin America Regional Controller - based on our São Paulo office in Brazil

**What you bring to the team**
- Responsible for monthly standard activities for the Latin America Region
- Controller for the Brazilian business
- Liaison with the Accounting outsourcing companies in the region
- Liaison with corporate Shared Service Center
- Responsible for leading and comply with external audit
- Review and validate all accounting sourcing transaction and reports
- Review and validate all tax sourcing transaction and reports
- Actively manage, monitor, and mitigate direct and indirect tax risks
- Support local system implementation and enhancements
- Review and approve the accounts reconciliations in the region
- Support bank transactions, collection and cash flow management
- Support and monitor administrative activities (payroll, IT, HR, etc)

**Qualifications**
- BS in Accounting
- Master's degree in finance or business administration is a plus
- At least 15 years accounting/finance experience
- Minimum 8 years management experience
- Fluent English and Spanish
- IFRS/Local GAAP expert
- Local tax knowledge
- Advanced MS Office (mainly Excel)
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Hands-on knowledge of the ERP system
- Ability to effectively interface and communicate with multiple varied internal/external groups/organizations
- Sense of Urgency; ability to get things done quickly and ability to multi-task
