**Your role**

As the CFO, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring fiscal stability, and driving profitability. Collaborating closely with esteemed C-suite executives, including the CEO and COO, you will play a crucial part in steering the company towards continued success. Primary duties encompass budget planning, financial reporting, record-keeping, and managing incoming and outgoing funds.- Create and implement strategies to optimize company spending and budgeting, while meticulously tracking financial flow.
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage intercompany transactions, borrowing processes, and associated reporting.
- Perform treasury operations, including daily transaction processing for payables with reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for CEO review.
- Recommend and execute financing and working capital improvement plans.
- Prepare, present, and oversee financial budgets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, ensuring alignment with company goals and setting and enforcing budget goals.
- Forecast financial needs throughout the year, providing monthly reports to the CEO.
- Deliver financial summaries, reports, and recommendations as required.
- Complete any assigned regular or ad hoc reporting tasks.
