IT Support Specialist

We are a dynamic, innovative, and fun team who is highly committed to our customers' experiences and our Mission and Vision. ***: The IT Support Specialist will -under mínimal supervision **PRINCIPAL DUTIES**: - Must support 24×7 GSOC operations with off shift support on occasional on-site support during evenings or weekends. - Identify, research and resolve the most complex technical problems in a manner that meets the end user's needs and does not expose Overhaul to any security or licensing risk. - Assist in the documentation of common processes and procedures. - Responsible for installation, documentation and connection of all new and existing workstations. - Responsible for installation and maintenance of all types of software. - Support physical network and wireless access points on-site. - Install, configure and maintain printers and VOIP/soft phones. - Assignment and tracking of all workstations and peripherals. - Maintain and manage the company physical and cyber security system. - Issue new users accounts and hardware to new employees. - Evaluate overall systems performance, workflow, procedures and recommend and/or implement changes and improvements as necessary with management approval. - Validate all programs and software meet business requirements and do not expose Overhaul to Cyber or licensing risk. - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**: - A minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent education - Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.) - English and Portuguese - Hands-on experience implementing and administrating on-prem and Cloud based solutions. - Excellent attention to detail. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools. - Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoys working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment. - Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets. - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal). **Diversity and Inclusivity Statement**: - Overhaul has always been, and always will be, committed to diversity and inclusion.
