**JOB RESPONSABILITIES**
- Book /match invoices x PO
- Flag, clarify follow-up any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
- Ensure Advances are followed-up and reconciled
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- with buyers and respond to inquiries
- maintain accurate historical records
- maintain confidentiality of organizational information
- Ensure Advances are followed-up and reconciled
- Tax Knowledge (ICMS, CFOP, ISS..)
- Tax credits booking supervision (PIS/COFINS)

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or Production Engineering
- knowledge of accounts payable - previous experience
- 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Advanced English Level
- Intermediate Excel Level
