We are looking for an **Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant**to join our Finance and Legal Department.
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Accounting of settlements with suppliers for all group companies (various jurisdictions)
- Checking and controlling the availability of suppliers' documents and entering them into the ERP system
- Collecting and archiving all suppliers' documents, and transferring documents to outsourcing companies
- Checking settlements with suppliers, reconciliation of settlements with counterparties
- Preparation and submission of a report on debtors/creditors on a monthly basis
- Checking bank transactions and reconciliation of bank account balances and movements
- Collecting and archiving all bank statements, transferring documents to outsourcing companies
- Participation in the preparation/optimization, automation of accounting, and tax accounting in ERP systems
- Communication with cross-functional departments and external audit companies from different countries
**We expect from you**:
- 2+ years of experience as an Accountant
- Economic education
- Understanding of accounting principles, double-entry method
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Understanding the essence of figures in turnover, account analysis, and balance sheet
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets English
- Upper-Intermediate (b2)+ Russian
- native/fluent
