Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk (Intercompany processing)

**What are your main tasks?**:

- Processing of Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Posting of all current Intercompany business transactions
- Checking of incoming and outgoing intercompany invoices for VAT-related issues
- Clarification of discrepancies with the relevant departments (e.g. Price or quantity differences) in an timely manner
- Monthly Intercompany reconciliation
- Administration of Intercompany accounts receivable and accounts payable master data; (e.g. check of bank connections for payments in the master data of the business partner)
- Reporting of several Intercompany requests

**What are your qualifications?**:

- Apprenticeship in a commercial profession, ideally with a focus on accounting
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting
- Very good knowledge of SAP and MS office, especially Excel
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Teamplayer with commitment and a high sense of responsibility
