Update information/reports related to S&OP activities (daily availability; resale summary; availability preview; daily resale arrival/production forecast, NSR produced and MANAUS produced; follow-up resale shipments); prepare the information for support sales forecast review cycle in BRAZIL/RoSA (launches, EOL's, prices, etc); update information in COLPLAN tool, to support the sales forecast review process in Brazil; implement/improve utilization of IBP tool to support sales forecast review process in RoSA; analyze "excess inventory" and work with related areas to reduce/maintain it according company's targets; follow-up with related areas in order to control the availability of the products expected for the month, reporting changes immediately; calculate indicators related to S&OP processes, analyzing, planning and executing action plans to achieve targets defined by the company; find opportunities to improve the integration between open sales orders information x product availability x customer transit times, providing support to maximize revenue/revenue recognition for the current and upcoming months; analyze/propose/implement improvements in processes/routines/systems related to S&OP activities; provide support to all routines of the S&OP area, when necessary; handle changes in purchase orders with the supply chain team in China.
