**Position Summary**:
The Procurement Specialist LATAM will be responsible for sourcing and managing a portfolio of raw materials across the region. Reporting to the LATAM Senior Procurement Manager, this role is essential to ensuring cost-effective, timely, and reliable supply aligned with Lubrizol’s strategic goals.

The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong engagement with key suppliers, and delivery of value through contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and market intelligence. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week on-site at our São Paulo office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Elaborate and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories such as specialty chemicals and commodities.
- Develop and manage relationships with regional and global suppliers, acting as a representative of the Lubrizol brand.
- Support cross-functional business needs through close collaboration with operations, supply chain, quality, and technical teams.
- Analyze market trends and risks to support business continuity planning and category strategy development.
- Lead negotiations, implement contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
- Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Track key performance indicators and contribute to procurement reporting and dashboards.
- Support sustainability, diversity, and innovation goals in the supplier base.

**Desired Background and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of procurement experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with TPM (Third-Party Manufacturing) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership, integrity, and customer focus.
