Agriculture Technical Support Representative

**O que você vai fazer**:

- Fornecer suporte de nível 1, de forma rápida e eficiente para parceiros de negócios, revendedores e usuários finais;
- Cultivar, desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com os revendedores;
- Apresentar soluções complexas dentro do portfólio de produtos Trimble e demonstrar os benefícios para o cliente em potencial;
- Trabalhar com a equipe de vendas do território para executar as oportunidades de vendas;
- Colaborar com colegas para trocar informações para refinar e melhorar as estratégias de vendas;
- Participar de reuniões comerciais e de vendas e se manter atualizado sobre atualizações de mercado, tendências de negócios e desenvolvimentos do setor;
- Auxiliar os indivíduos internos a entender os aspectos mais técnicos das soluções da Trimble Ag sobre como eles resolvem problemas específicos do cliente;
- Enfatizar os recursos do produto com base na análise das necessidades dos clientes e no conhecimento técnico das capacidades e limitações do produto;
- Capacidade de resolver problemas com uma mentalidade criativa e lógica.

**Skills e experiência**:

- Graduação em Engenharia Agronômica, Agrícola ou áreas afins;
- Possui fortes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbais quanto escritas;
- Inglês e espanhol - nice to have;
- Proficiente em apresentações e falar em público, incluindo treinamento técnico e demonstrações;
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou funções correlatas voltadas para o cliente;
- Aptidão para compreensão da aplicação e operação dos produtos Trimble Ag;
- Possuir fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas;
- Deve demonstrar e projetar um alto nível de energia e entusiasmo.

**Viagens**:

- Há algumas viagens necessárias nesta função (cerca de 20% ou menos) - incluindo viagens para visita a parceiro de negócios ou clientes, feiras, visitas a contas estratégicas e outras viagens regionais para apoiar a equipe Trimble Ag.
