**YOUR ROLE
- **Communicate effectively in French with clients to understand their migration requirements and provide necessary assistance.**:

- **Coordinate and manage the migration process for VoIP services, ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruption for clients.**:

- **Follow up on migration activities, closely monitoring progress and promptly resolving any issues or roadblocks.**:

- **Provide regular status updates and reports on migration progress to the team and clients.
**YOUR PROFILE
- **Fluency in French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills **.**:

- **Prior experience in a similar role involving client communication.**:

- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.**:
