As a Strategy Senior Manager for Brazil, you will be leading a team of 4-5 people and will be responsible for supporting and challenging the region in implementing the Strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Pull data & insights from multiple functions and stakeholders, to identify. granular regional opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level.
- Identify strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the Brazil Franchises and managing strategic project portfolio, working with Franchise teams and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with Brazil Franchises and Commercial to adjust execution strategy.
- Support Franchise on system end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers at local level (e.g.: Long Range Plans & Annual Business Plans)
- Develop actionable compelling commercial insights, strategies and initiatives at the market level.
- Use fact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies and leading-edge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy, with actionable commercial levers.
- Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas.

**Qualification & Requirements**
- +5 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas.
- Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
- ** People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.**:

- ** Solid business acumen skills**: to translate data and insights to help inform key business decisions.
- ** Strategic thinking**: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approach.
- ** Problem framing and problem-solving**: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
- ** Systemic thinking**: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- ** Synthesis and storytelling**: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling.
- ** Adaptability/flexibility**: Comfortable with ambiguity.
