M&A SENIOR LEGAL CONTRACTS

Senior Legal Counsel

Job Function:

- Overview and support the Legal Counsel
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and other service providers in support of company in Brazil
- Draft and negotiate contracts with joint venture partners and keep the compliance under these partnerships
- Draft and Negotiate agreements in relation to projects
- Maintain corporate governance of Brazil legal entities
- Support in any contractual disputes and any other litigation (including administrative procedures) which may arise

in Brazil
- Support Regulatory, Supply Chain, Subsurface, Finance, HR and Operations teams, as appropriate
- Assist with Compliance and ABC Policies implementation

Qualification & Experience:

- A law degree from recognised law school with OAB
- Inglês avançado
- Solid generalist legal background with good knowledge of major areas of law with substantial experience in

contracts and procurement.
- Knowledgeable of Compliance and ABC rules
- Experience in M&A, litigation and O&G will be beneficial. #1030888
