**About the Role**:
This professional will lead the Medical Services area by having the aim to unleash the power of the team and be the best advice for the main stakeholders.

This role will work directly with the area:IM: CCSO - Medical Affairs

**Key responsibilities**:

- Optimize the processes related to medical strategy implementation
- Assuring the external impact of our activities is monitored and acted upon
- Leveraging global and regional resources
- Clear focus on our priorities when developing local content
- Translating customer insights into actionable points to the brand teams
- Creating a diverse team that can cope with changing priorities and urgent unforeseen challenges
- Keeping a BCP that is feasible and ready to be acted upon
- Overseeing key medical processes within the group scope (Medical tiers, FMV, Events reconciliation, and promo and non-promo content SOP)

**Essential Requirements**
- Degree in health (e.g. pharmacy)
- Experience in Customer services, including medical information request handling.
- Experience with monitoring complex vendors, including GCP-regulated outsourced tasks
- Experience in Writing and reviewing standard operational procedures
- Fluent in English

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Portuguese
