**Work Description**

**Specifics tasks & responsibilities**
- Work on user request prioritized backlog
- Bug Fixes and design decisions
- Test API
- API Server Deployment
- Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes, support development and unit/ user testing
- Follow Change Management guidelines
- Follow and understand Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, ).
- Continuous improvement keeping the knowledge and training up-to-date.

- Able to plan and prioritize work in alignment with team and program goals
- Analytical skills
- Good communications skills
- Problem solving skills
- Automation tools (workflows, approval processes, process builder, flows )
- Ability to produce good design documents to deliver sound solutions
- Ability to quickly learn both technical and functional processes
- Good decision making and business judgment with customer focus
- Fluency in English
- Great programming logic
- Solid experience with SQL Server
- Previous experience with Azure/AWS
- Troubleshoot On-premise Windows Server Applications
- Able to read Visual Basic legacy codes

**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of C#, Apex
- SSRS Development Skills
- .NET, JavaScript, API development
- PowerShell Script
- Deployment Setup for APIM templates
