As a Technical Product Specialist in our Professional Development Program (PDP) you will develop the necessary skills to engage with our customers with confidence and provide them with best-in-class advice to get the most out of Dynatrace platform. You will use your product and industry expertise to accelerate product adoption, drive user satisfaction, and provide strategic consulting to our customers.
- Start with 6 months of paid training that will include: developing a strong foundation of Dynatrace Technology and the ecosystems it interacts with, communication skills and, & consulting methodologies.
- Learn alongside other recent grads from our industry experts and personal mentors.
- Provide customers “micro consulting” engagements with their deployment, configuration, problem triage, and troubleshooting.
- Identify potential growth and retention opportunities within customer chat conversations to ensure customers get the most value and return on their Dynatrace investment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
- Familiarity with some of the following technologies: Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP, etc.
- Charismatic communicator (presentation skills are a plus).
- A passion for technology and continuous learning
- Must be fluent or highly proficient in English

**Compensation and Rewards**

The salary for this role is $70,000.

Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, a reward system as well as a transportation/commuter stipend.
