Realizar Serviços Administrativos para entrada e saída dos equipamentos para calibração de acordo com os procedimentos internos da Metrologia;
Executar Serviços de calibração acompanhado de equipamentos analíticos nas instalações da Hexis e do cliente (dentro da carga horário limite) de acordo com pedidos de calibração;
Escalar questões complexas para um nível superior de suporte técnico.
