We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager and business builder who can guide us on strategic decisions while building a best-in-class IT Infrastructure for a remote work environment.

This is a unique opportunity to develop an IT Infrastructure framework, while working for a high-growth, bootstrapped business, disrupting the business of call centers and work from home staffing.

Founded in 2013, we’re now 1,000+ team members worldwide, with the majority of our America’s team based in Jamaica.

This role reports to the Director of Infrastructure, also based in Jamaica, with regular interaction with other colleagues at the company, including executives based in Melbourne Australia, and key stakeholders based in the US, Indonesia, Kenya, and Brazil.

**Notable Responsibilities**:

- Build out and Manage IT Infrastructure department
- Enterprise enablement
- equipping and provisioning for Enterprise clients
- Global Tech Enablement/helpdesk
- Networking/Connectivity and equipment needs
- Applications management
- Software and permissions management
- User Administration
- Software gap analysis, sourcing of new software, Onboarding, and maintenance of software
- Training of contractors and staff in the use of job-related software
- Disaster recovery planning and management

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering
- Minimum of five years of management experience in IT or programming or networking
- Experience working with following environments: BPO, mid-size company
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops etc.
