Workplace Experience Partner

As **Workplace Experience Partner,** you will report into the Senior Manager, Workplace Experience EMEA+ and keep the Mexico City & Brazil Offices rolling and cultivate a space where all Rioters can thrive. You will be based 90% of time in the Sao Paulo office with some expectation to travel to Mexico City.

You will be responsible for assisting the EMEA+ Senior Manager, Workplace Experience in all aspects of office management and program management within the scope of Workplace Experience as well as being the first POC related to the Brazil & Mexico Offices.

**Office Operations**:

- Responsible for implementing and maintaining local best practices, being accountable for overall inner-workings of the Brazil & Mexico City Offices
- Being accountable for the local budget management and ensuring it is in line with the sustainability and efficiency of the company
- Being a member of the office build project team across EMEA+
- Creating and implementing induction and onboarding programs aligned with Workplace Experience
- Assisting the EMEA+ Workplace Experience Senior Manager with pan EMEA+ protocols and ensure standards are aligned across the region
- Establishing relationships and owning the management of external vendors pertaining to Travel, Building Operations and maintenance
- You will be responsible for overseeing office maintenance repairs and services through our external contractors
- You will be responsible for ensuring the office is Health & Safety compliant
- You will liaise with Rioters on their space needs and make changes to accommodate space needs of teams as required
- You will manage the day to day work of the local in house contactor team
- You** **will maintain good working relationships with the building landlord/service manager and key suppliers and contractors relative to Workplace Experience
- You will support in the coordination of travel arrangements for Rioters and groups and manage the relationship with external travel management companies
- You will support and organize office events and will be regularly called upon to lend logistic support for meetings, office wide events

**Requirements**:

- You have verbal and written Spanish, Portuguese and English skills
- You have spent at least five years working behind the scenes to keep an office running smoothly
- You will make decisions that impact quality, efficiency and effectiveness as well as recommending solutions and improvements
- You will solve problems that require self judgment and have the ability to evaluate identifiable factors
- You have the ability to operate independently and proactively with little instruction
- You have the ability to prioritize workload and have a high level of organizational proficiency and initiative

**Bonus requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of IT, desktop support and server rooms
- Resolve issues with software or hardware
- Basic ticketing experience with systems like Freshdesk, Service Now or Zendesk
- IT Desk set up for new hires
