The Global Workplace Services team strives to create world class office spaces, environments and experiences. As the Workplace Site Manager, you will oversee workplace operations and employee experience for our São Paulo office.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage workplace operations for the Pinterest São Paulo office, including reception, mailroom, facilities, janitorial, food and beverage program
- Represent the global workplace team in São Paulo by implementing Pinterest programming and services locally while creating unique opportunities to enhance the onsite employee experience
- Establish relationships and manage communication with property management, local Pinterest employees, and onsite vendors
- Collaborate with physical security, health and safety, events, and IT teams to support onsite operations
- Partner with real estate, development and compliance teams to ensure operational needs are met for any tenant improvement work, new construction, expansion and other workplace initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams on company-related initiatives (HR, admin, comms teams)
- Provide remote support for regional sites as directed

**What we're looking for**:

- Work experience in facilities/workplace operations with an emphasis on project management and program development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer relationship management background
- Ability to work independently and strategically on behalf of the Global Workplace Services team
- English proficiency
- Willingness to travel as needed
