**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Manage and monitor overdue payments;
- Handle registered bank collections (submission and return files);
- Perform bank reconciliations;
- Issue invoices (Notas Fiscais);
- Maintain client relationships and provide customer service;
- Analyze and negotiate discounts;
- Participate in the enrollment and re-enrollment process;
- Record financial transactions in the management system;
- Prepare management reports and performance indicators;
- Provide support to Accounts Payable;
- Collaborate with other departments;
- Engage in school projects and events.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- Solid experience in similar roles;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
- Strategic mindset.
