We are searching for an Operations Finance Controller to join our finance team. If you join us in this position, you will be respons ible for Operations, IT and CAPEX planning and financial analysis.

**Within this position, some of your functions will be**:
Analysis of financial data to monitor and seek risks and opportunities.

Manufacturing costs closing and controlling. Breakdown and analysis by production laboratory, workshop, cost nature, etc. Deep dive in the different impacts that may occur.

Cooperation with the Operations team and rest of departments to build plans, give financial advice and help to make decisions.

CAPEX and IT costs control and follow up.

Analysis of the impacts in margin of the whole Operations activity.

Monthly closing and preparation of accurate and timely reports, and provide quick and value-added analyses on key performance indicators.

**Budget and periodic forecasting**: As Operations and IT Business Partner, work with the different departments to prepare and consolidate budget and forecasts. Monthly follow up.

Unitary Transfer prices calculation.

Reporting to the Group of Operations, CAPEX and IT reliable data. Analysis and monthly explanations about the manufacturing activity.

Implementation of financial processes in the Operation Areas.

Compliance with the Group standards, regulations and internal control.

What are we searching for?

You will need to have at least 3 years in an analytival role preferably in a multinational manufacturing company and a Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related.

You will need to speak English fluently.

Yo will need to have great analytic and negotiation skills, be business oriented, proactive and commited, and be very business oriented.
