Service Delivery Analyst

We provide industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. Our Finance Team helps a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

**Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities**
- Work closely with project managers and process leaders providing advice and guidance across the regions to ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, and effective management of budget and resource-have a deep understanding of the financial data associated with the business. In addition, work with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralized service management system.
- Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
- Handles simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
- Handles targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bacharel em ADM, Supply chain ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência com SAP e controle de Notas Fiscais,
- Experiência com controle de equipamentos e inventário de materiais
- Inglês Fluente desejável
- Residir em Macaé
