The SOC Lead is responsbile for overseeing and coordinating three subunits, Continuos Monitoring, Threat Management and Incident Response. This role is accountable for the outcomes of the subunits, by mainatining the adequate operations and improving their processes.

As a people-oriented position, the SOC Lead needs to take care of the growth and specialization of their reporters, understanding and working hard to keep as high as possible the team's morale.

**Your impact**:

- Act as a technical lead for a security multidisciplinary team.
- Grow and strengthen the SOC unit.
- Proactive detection and response.
- Coordinate the Security Incident the Response team.
- Focus on security automation.
- Develop processes and procedures.
- Actively innovate processes.

**Who you are**:

- 2+ years of experience acting as a leader in SOC, CSIT, CERTs or similar.
- Solid experience leading Incident Reponse teams.
- Solid experience working with SIEM and SOAR technologies.
- Solid experience working with Endpoint Security technologies.
- Solid experience working with Cloud infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge in Threat management.
- Demonstrated experience working with containerization technologies.
- 24x7 availability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
