Sao Paulo, Brasil TikTok Tempo inteiro

You will manage physical security operations, programs, and personnel in our growing LATAM region, while promoting a robust and positive security culture across the company.

You will oversee multiple locations and projects and support essential security programs across the enterprise. Keeping up with complex and dynamic local security environments; building positive rapport with key partners; managing incidents; and identifying and solving for security gaps will also be key components of this role.
- Effectively manage day-to-day physical security operations, including writing and/or updating key documentation, and deploying high-performing local teams (guard, reception, and/or SOC services) commensurate with the risk profile and operational demands of each site.
- Conduct accurate and timely risk assessments of company operations to identify threats and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate risk mitigations. Lead on all physical security related matters for new regional office projects.
- Provide close support for the travel risk management program in your region by conducting country/city/hotel risk assessments and overseeing journey management tasks.
- Support the operational and tactical management of security contracts, including guarding vendors. Ensure high-quality vendor performance in line with key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee invoices, budgets, and purchase requisitions/orders.
- Act as the lead point-of-contact for all physical security incidents at your sites, including incident reporting and after-action-reviews, and where necessary, conduct robust investigations to effectively assess and triage.
- Support the event security program to ensure a safe, consistent and structured approach to event management.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external partners (e.g. property management staff, local law enforcement) to ensure effective close coordination in emergencies and/or smooth day-to-day operating procedures.
- Help to develop and deliver interactive and engaging table-top exercises and security awareness training for staff.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate security, with 5+ years in a security management role.
- Undergraduate/Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Security leadership experience and responsibility for managing security operations across multiple sites with a track record of success and increasing responsibilities.
- Experience overseeing and/or supporting new office security deliverables (e.g. conducting in-depth risk assessments and high-level design of access control, CCTV and other technical security controls).
- Deep knowledge of local security environments and geopolitics across the region.
- Experience working across multiple security programs including travel risk management, event security, and emergency response.
- Ability to write defensible and rigorous policies, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
- Sound problem-solving skills and comfortable working under pressure and delivering within tight timeframes.
- Excellent verbal and written ability with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supervising staff and contract personnel, including hiring, training, developing, and managing performance.
- Experience with creating budgets; auditing invoices; crafting & negotiating agreements; and participating in RFPs.
- Ability to travel to other offices, sometimes at short notice; respond to emergencies after-hours; and to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as operational needs demand.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- English and Portuguese languages are a must. Spanish is highly advantageous.
