Junior Finance Analyst

Local Unit & Position Description:
Global Shared Services (GSS) is now looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join our team in Rio de Janeiro.

**The main tasks are**:

- Booking regular customer payments (local ERP System - Agresso/Oracle)
- Provide assistance to Collection Team
- Assist in payment reconciliation activities, accounts receivable and collections
- Handling of invoices, agreement and international payment orders
- Contact with customer, external provider and internal clients
- Assist in administrative routines in general and with files

Position Qualifications:

- Completed graduation on accounting, economic, administrative, or related areas
- Advanced English
- Spanish (desirable)
- Portuguese native
- Knowledge of Excel (Dynamic tables, reports)
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, immediate start.
- Hybrid work (3 days at the office per week)
