【Job Title】：User Incentive Programs Junior Manager 【Job Description】： 1、Manage and execute user incentive programs to drive user engagement and retention in the Sri Lanka market. 2、Design and implement innovative incentive strategies to attract new users and encourage repeat purchases on the platform. 3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align incentive programs with overall business objectives. 4、Analyze program performance data, identify trends, and optimize initiatives to maximize ROI and user satisfaction. 5、Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies while managing the budget for incentive initiatives. 6、Plan & coordinate BAU, Category day & campaign User Incentive promotions. 7、Manage user incentive budget for shipping and product discounts, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI. 8、Drive Order & GMV growth by maintaining guided orders and GMV share. 9、Monitor User Incentive promo related KPIs, campaign performance & prepare periodic reports. 10、Conduct post-campaign analysis for voucher promotions and support A/B testing of campaign mechanics to optimize spends. 11、Support Group Level monthly subsidy planning and forecasting activities.
