- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Experience managing volume hiring (60 reqs at the same time) and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
- Experience managing Technology Roles in several countries in LATAM.
