**ADP DataCloud **is a powerful solution that encompasses Reporting, Analytics and Benchmarks, which currently serves more than 50.000 ADP clients and is growing globally. ADP Reporting is a centralized reporting tool that serves dozens of ADP products, ADP Analytics provides our clients with key information and insights about their organizations, and ADP Benchmarks allow companies to see how they measure up against the market using anonymized aggregated data. DataCloud is key to ADP’s strategy as it derives value from our most valuable asset: ADP’s data, one of the richest and most unique datasets in the world. We are a geo-distributed (US, India and Brazil) team that intensively collaborates to build robust and user-centric solutions.

You will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to bring our products to market in countries throughout Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Here's what you can expect on a typical day**:

- ADP has adopted the hybrid work model. Therefore, we will have the pleasure to meet with the team in person and have experiences face-to-face that only being at the company's office can provide.
- You'll start each day with a scrum. The Developers are responsible for making your product ideas come alive, and so collaboration is key, every day.
- You'll own the design. You'll document and prioritise product features. You'll understand the influence clients, the market, ADP's goals, and the future of tech have on your products.
- You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders worldwide and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately.
- You will have the opportunity to lead the product definition process, guiding stakeholders and colaborators in the way to build and deliver the product vision
- With developers, other product managers, and UX teams, business groups, amongst others, to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be.
- Exciting ones. We're working on products with tech we've never used before. Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to decide on priorities for the development team while keeping both users and the strategic direction of the product in mind.
