**Position Summary**:
Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a Systems Analyst to be part of our International Center of Expertise (ICE) team, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role involves troubleshooting of software issues and developing software solutions in a variety of programing languages. You will be working in a respected international team with experience and knowledge to provide innovative coding solutions and technical consultancy to major Telecommunications and Utilities businesses around the world. You will become familiar with the technologies that power the **Cloud era, including PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Kubernetes ,Docker developing in Go, Java, Python and, Scala**. You will develop the skills needed to operate in a fast-paced software development environment. The person selected will be responsible for coding production fixes and developing change requests for our real-time and cloud-based product sets. This role is technically challenging and requires excellent problem solving and technical skills.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver production fixes
- Develop and deliver change requests
- Assist with investigations and debugging of complex issues
- Work on production issues, in production timelines
- Work with Analysts to provide code fixes to customers where required
- Ensure completion of issues within established SLAs.
- Visit customer site and provide On-site consultancy (_when COVID-19 allows)_.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Experience in designing and developing software solutions ( Go, Java preferred )
- A strong understanding of principles of software development data structures ,algorithms and common software design principals
- An understanding of Unix/Linux
- An understanding of cloud computing
- Knowledge of Databases ( RDBMS & NO-SQL )
- Willingness to learn
- Demonstrable problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent Communication/ Client Facing skills
- Must be able to speak fluent English, read and write fluently in English (Other languages a bonus)

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience in using public clouds
- Experience of DevOps processes and tools
- Experience in working with large data sets

**Education**:

- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related major
