**Responsibilities**
**Analysis and Solution Definition**:

- Developing complex functional and technical specifications for the RDI software products
- Reviewing the design specifications created by the business analysts
- Quickly understanding the business issues and challenges from McDonald's organization and quick service restaurant industry
- Reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution
- Presenting design specifications to stakeholders, analyzing feedback received and updating specifications accordingly
**Technical Recommendation and Testing**:

- Communicating needed changes to development team
- Working with client personnel to identify required changes
- Supporting the QA team
**Project Execution**:

- Assisting in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- Taking input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
- Communicating and applies project standards
- Consistently delivering high-quality services to our internal and external clients
- Understanding the components of running a successful project
**Who you are**
- Great English skills - You'll communicate with international teams
- Must have ability analyze configuration files and understand some code; run systems, do basic troubleshooting and test systems with autonomy
- Knowledge in the use of industry standards such as XML, XSD, JSON
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
