we are looking for a
Calypso Technical Analyst
to join our international team in a new and exciting project.

You will play a key role within a cross-functional and dynamic environment, contributing to high-impact projects across the organization.

Your mission will be to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions in Calypso, while ensuring value delivery to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way.

You will have the opportunity to
lead from a technical perspective
, work closely with Business Analysts, support other Technical Analysts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Translate business requirements into
    Calypso technical solutions
    , working side by side with BAs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team using a
    servant leadership approach
    , leading by example, and supporting the coordination of other TAs.
  • Report project progress, dependencies, and work stream execution to internal stakeholders.
  • Drive optimization through
    bug fixing, performance improvements, and continuous enhancement
    .
  • Facilitate workshops/events and communicate effectively across different organizational levels.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working with
    Calypso
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Java IDE
    , focusing on MQ/EMS, API integration, and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Calypso objects, API, data model, and customization
    .
  • Functional knowledge of
    Foreign Exchange (FX) products
    , with experience in Calypso implementations. Strong focus on Back Office processes: reconciliation, reporting, confirmation, settlement, and accounting.

  • Continuous improvement mindset.

Languages

  • Advanced English (required).
  • Spanish (a plus).
