**Roles and Responsibilities** As the Blades Hub Leader in GE Digital Services, you will: - Manage the group of multiple Blade Repair Technicians. - Drive EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) regulations; insure the team operates under all requirements set by GE EHS Team. - Ensure the team is continually Process / Procedural compliant - Maintain strong safety and quality mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety and quality highest standards - Lead the review of each work instructions and work with the Blade Specialist and Engineering team to update and ensure that the most up to date procedure is available - Lead the review of tool kit lists to insure the proper tooling is updated as new processes and procedures are developed - Lead the review tool kit lists and work with Tooling Dept. to ensure proper quantities are in each kit - Communicate and manage manpower needs with Regional Blades Leader. - Execute the growth plan set by the Regional Blades Leader and Services Operation Leader; this will include mentoring, help and develop the team - Drive technical training needs with the Blade Specialist to ensure compliance - Maintain full qualifications as an acting team member - Lead Field involvement in NPI (New Program Introduction) programs for tooling and procedures, and Productivity Programs. - Perform administrative functions, such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, and time sheet and expense sheets on a complete, timely and thorough basis - Participate in conference calls - Ensure problem resolution - Manage contractors - Ensure the achievement of the operational KPI´s **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or Techinical’s degree in in a relative field, including, but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy; - Experience leading Blade Repairs team working in the field by multiple access methods (platform, ropes, confined spaces); - Technical experience on Blade Repairs. **Eligibility Requirements**: - Ability and willingness to climb wind turbine generators and work at heights as needed; - Ability and willingness to maintain a valid passport; - Ability and willingness to maintain a valid driver’s license; - Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally >30% of the time, as required. **Desired Characteristics** - Proficient computers skills in Excel, Word, Web Tools; - Strong customer service mindset; - Strong organizational skills; - Strong oral and written communication skills; - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; - Fluent English language; - Fluent Spanish language. **Additional Information**: **Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
